Brows. We all long for that perfect shape, texture, arch, volume, you name it.  Brows are in. They are one of the most important features on our face framing the rest of our features and helping to create a more polished look. I dont no about you but I have spent years working on my brows. Ive tried it all. Waxing, plucking, threading, revitabrow, all the brow growth serums out there to help grow my very sparse and fair brow hairs. With no luck I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment at Lash Noir Ink - which I had to wait 9 months for... and heres my results.

Feather Touch brows, Also known as Hair Stroke brows,  Microblading & Brow Embroidery  uses tiny rows of needles to scratch carefully crafted lines into the skin to mimic natural hair growth. Less is more, Feather Touch must be layered in a series of sessions. This is something I had known about for years, and had seen some great results but also in my career I had seen some bad. It put me off a little until my mum went and saw Rebecca at Lash Noir before I did, her brows look insane and I was instantly sold. I was pregnant at the time of booking and you cant have the treatment while pregnant so I had to wait 9 months, although the team at Lash Noir Ink are booking out 8-10months in advance at this time.

I feel like in my line of work there is some expectation to look perfectly put together. We are all up in clients faces alot and I was often self conscious of my current brows. They were never perfect and over the last 15+ years I have spent a lot of money on them.

In my first session Rebecca planned the new layout and  foundation of my new brows. Before going ahead you get the option to check the shape. Rebecca started with a good foundation on my first appointment, I was really happy with them. After your appointment you can expect the colour of your brows to darken over the first few days and then fade up to 80%. Every skin type is different as to what your results will end up like. For example the pigment may not hold on skin that is very oily and more appointments to get the desired final outcome may be necessary.  After my first appointment I walked away feeling like a new woman, the before and after was amazing!

At this stage Im totally in love with them and it was the best money I ever spent. Its honestly life changing!

8 weeks later I had my second appointment. I noticed my brows had faded noticeably however I was still quite happy with them. On my second appointment Rebecca added more fine lines in between the lines she had already created. This made my brows appear fuller and more defined. Im currently on day 1 after my second appointment so my brows are nice and dark however they will fade again. Once they have faded ill examine them and see whether I would like another appointment, At this stage im totally in love with them and it was the best money I ever spent. Its honestly life changing!
