My tan segment continues reviewing more from the Bondi Sands collection. Im actually impressed how large their collection is. I have been chatting a lot about each product on my insgram and I wanted to give you a full round up and review of what I really think so far about the products I have on hand. I know some of you were confused as what to purchase so I hope this blog post helps you narrow it down to the tan you think is best for you. I also reviewed their Liquid Gold Tan and Every Day tan you can read up about these products here. I was so lucky to be sent these four products to try out. Each product I hadn't had any experience with. Here is a bit of background behind each product. ONE HOUR EXPRESS - Infused with a scent of coconut, this ultra lightweight aerosol foam will leave your skin tan in just one hour, leave on for up to 3 hours for a even darker tan. GRADUAL TANNING MILK - Enriched with Aloe Vera, Vitamin E and a delicious Cocoa Butter scent this tanning milk is perfect for everyday use. Can be used on top of any other tanning product to prolong the tan. GRADUAL TANNING FOAM - Same as above but in a foam consistency. TAN ERASER - Bondi Sands revolutionary Self Tan Eraser technology effectively removes self tan without harmful ingredients and exfoliation in just 5 minutes. See what I thought below....Since I have already used the Tanning foam for many years I wanted to really give thier One Hour Express tan a go. When this product launched it was sold out everywhere! The tanning Foam I have used and loved for years, It was the tan I used on my wedding day, It was the tan I still preffered after reviewing the Liquid Gold. Will this One Hour Express be my new favortie? Above you will see a before and after using the One Hour Express Tan for the first time. These pictures are taken within five minutes of each other. The tan is so easy to apply with the tanning mitt. Make sure you apply it in strokes instead of circular motions, I find this best for a streak free tan. The tan dried within five minutes too, you have to be quick when using it. Although this tan is called 'One Hour Express' I actually left mine on for 2.5 hours as I left the house to do some chores. The tan looked fine without being washed off. I noticed within this time it started to develop slowly. I heard that you can leave this tan on for several hours if you wish or even sleep over night in it. The longer you leave it on the more the tan will develop. So once you have been able to play around with the tan you should be able to choose a time frame that best works for you to get the result you want. The tan will develop differently on all skin. I washed the tan off after 2.5 hours, I didnt lather the skin with soap or rub at it, I simply let the water remove the excess tan and run over my legs, Once the water was running clear again and I knew the excess tan was removed I patted my skin dry with a towel instead of again rubbing it. These steps are important to getting the most out of your tan. This image above is of my tan on Day 2. It lasted so well on the skin. Its not super dark but its a nice shade for my skintone and for a winter tan. I prefer my tan to look this way other than it being obvious its a fake tan. I have some scaring on my knees so tan tends to grab here, Next time I will moisturize these areas before tanning and see if this helps the areas. On Day 2 I decided to apply the Gradual Tanning Milk from Bondi Sands 'Everyday' range. I heard that to elongate your tan and get a extra few days out of it you can use any product from their 'Everyday' collection on top of your original tan to do this. I loved the sound of this because it is a moisturize and gradual tan in one and it is Cacao Butter Scented. Yum! You could use this and the Gradual Tanning Foam pictured below, both I found gave the same effect and degree of tan and worked well on already applied skin. This worked really well at keeping my tan fresh, I applied each day. TIME TO REMOVE THE TAN The product I got asked to review the most was the Bondi Sands Eraser. Most of you didn't believe this product would work and I was skeptical too. I tried to remove the tan on my legs that I had applied above ( one hour express tan then the gradual tanning milk on top) The tan was at least 7 days old. I didn't see the tan disappear after the first application, I put this down to the tan being too old (most of it had already come off) I wasn't finished trialing this product, I wanted to give it more of a chance. So on my second attempt to trial this product I applied the Ultra Dark Tan. Not one I would normally go for as it gave me a super dark noticeable tan but I wanted a decent tan on my skin to begin with to see if this eraser actually worked! I applied it as per instructions in the shower and the product seemed to remove 80% of the tan, I had to really rub and scrub at in areas to get it off the skin, It wasnt a matter of rinsing the product off and tadah the tan is gone scenario. To be honest with you Im not completely sold on this product YET! I will continue to try it. I think it will come in handy however on any areas that you get too much tan on or that are blotchy ie the palms of your hands or ankles. This would be great to have on hand to tackle those areas if in case of any tan disaster! I have only seen and read amazing reviews on this Tan Eraser so I really want to keep using it and try get some great results too! Now if you made it to the end of this post (sorry it was a long one) THANK YOU for reading! Tell me what your favorite Bondi Sands tanning product is? Are their any you want to try out after reading this?
Thanks again for taking the time to read my review. xo
